Booking & Checkin

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-out is 10:00
Check-in is 14:00

Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes a security bond is required for all bookings.

Is after hours check-in available?

Yes we do have an after hours service available to assist you with check in.

Can I have a late check-out?

We can arrange a late check out if there is no booking coming in.

When do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit is paid at the time of booking.

Deposit Policy for High Season bookings between 20 December and 27 January.
A deposit of $1000.00 will be taken at the time of booking with the balance payable by 1 December.

Deposit Policy for dates other than High Season

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation as a deposit, balance can be pay when check in.

What is the Cancellation/Amendment Policy?

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation.

What are the reception hours?

Monday – Friday	8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday	8:30am - 12:00pm

Outside of these hours, guests can contact the duty manager to deal with any problems or answer any queries on 0481 700 998.

Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge

What facilities do you have?

Is there car parking available?

Each apartment has 1 allocated car space in our secure basement car park.

Is all linen provided?

Yes all linen is included in the price. If additional linen is required, fees may apply.

How often are the rooms serviced?

Rooms are serviced (linen change only) on stays of 8 nights or more.

Is the pool heated?

Yes the pool, children’s wading pool and spa are heated.

General information about our location.

How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

The Penthouses Apartments are halfway between Cavill Mall, the centre of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. It is an easy 12 minute stroll along the beach to Cavill Mall and a 15 minute stroll to Broadbeach. Driving time is approximately 5 minutes and both centres have plenty of car parking available.

Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes you have Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach shopping and restaurants in close walking distance.

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes we have a bus stop directly out the front of the building(bus 705 and Air port sky bus). The Theme Park public buses which stop to pick up theme park patrons only, are a 5 minute walk away, and the closest tram stop is 7 minutes walk away.

What local attractions are in the area?

Sea World is a 10 minute drive away, and in the vicinity of Cavill Mall (the centre of Surfers Paradise) there are numerous attractions to suit the whole family, such as Putt Putt golf, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, The Paradise Centre with a Timezone offering entertainment for the whole family, bike, scooter, surf board and Segway hire, cruises, and the Sky Point Observation Deck at the Q1 building. Towards Broadbeach you’ll find Dracula’s dinner and show, The Gold Coast Convention Centre, and the Casino. All are within easy access, as well as Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, one of the Gold Coast’s premier shopping spots.

How far away is the race track?

About 15 minutes drive to Racecourse Drive, Bundall.

Where can I buy groceries locally?

There are major supermarkets are located in Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. In close proximity are local convenience stores selling a wide variety of food and drink, including takeaway foods.
